Quarterly executive team coaching
The Meltdown workshop showed how your leadership team really behave when the pressure is on. It triggered honest conversations and gave you some practical strategies to take away.
Then everyone went back to work. So what next?
GYST’s quarterly executive team coaching helps you capitalise on your learnings, embed new leadership behaviours and drive company-wide cultural change.
Executive team coaching that turns behavioural change into lasting performance
You’ve already shown your commitment to tackling workplace pressure and, by now, have a good understanding of how it affects individual, team, and company performance.
We’re sure that The Meltdown was memorable and remains a talking point among your executive leadership team. But what’s your plan for preventing old habits from creeping back in?
Sustainable business change comes from consistent behaviours, open communication and regular review. It needs a leadership team that truly walks the talk. But in the real world, we all know that daily realities can undo our good intentions.
If your organisation is serious about improving leadership effectiveness, our quarterly executive coaching sessions can help you build on the great work you’ve already done.
Each quarter, it gives your senior leadership team space to review how the behavioural changes you identified in The Meltdown are actually landing day-to-day.
You’ve done the hard bit. The rewards are there for the taking. This is a continued, strategic investment to help you turn that one memorable day into lasting change.
This is your chance to build in that much-needed pause. Over a three-hour session, your executive team can come back together to talk through what’s changed since the last session, what’s working and what’s slipping.
Then it’s a case of tweaking, doubling down – and going again. Because behaviour only becomes lasting when it’s practised and repeated.
Why your executive team needs time to reflect
Leadership teams rarely have time to sit back and luxuriate in self-reflection.
Priorities shift by the hour, meetings are often back-to-back, and there are only so many hours in the day. That pace comes with the territory, but it makes it hard to notice when familiar stress patterns start to reappear.
We know by now that stress behaviours are visceral, and our coping mechanisms often get lost in the moment. It’s only when we stop and look back that we recognise the impact of our behaviour.
How GYST's executive team coaching works
Now you have completed The Meltdown, it’s simply a case of scheduling quarterly leadership coaching sessions. We recommend a minimum of 12 months because a year of consistent check-ins helps turn intentions into habits and improve leadership effectiveness.
The goal is to fine-tune the culture playbook you agreed on, reinforce the habits that are working and tackle the friction that naturally comes with behavioural change.
Each session, we will:
Review which positive behaviours are showing up consistently since The Meltdown.
Look at which habits are slipping…
…and which have already bitten the dust.
Ask what has felt challenging or uncomfortable.
Share any new insights and thoughts that have arisen during this time of increased self-awareness.
Share feedback and observations from leaders and their wider teams.
Discuss additional tools that may be needed to maintain momentum, such as decision-making frameworks and feedback loops.
Our fully facilitated workshops are documented and measurable, ensuring teams remain aligned and accountable. Our role as facilitator is to help you recognise familiar recurring behaviours, keep conversations honest, and ensure everyone stays engaged.
This particular coaching programme focuses on collective dynamics, rather than individual development. If at any point in the process you or your colleagues think you could benefit from it, we could supplement these sessions with individual coaching to develop each leader.
What are the outcomes of regular executive team coaching?
The mark of good executive coaching is sustainable, measurable business outcomes. Here is what our quarterly sessions are designed to deliver.

Pressure behaviours hinder performance, wear down teams and push good people out the door. Consistent leadership check-ins help protect retention where it costs you most.

Volatile leaders create wary teams, and wary teams second-guess and simply get less done. Steadier leadership helps everyone do their best work and deliver meaningful results for the business.

Stress narrows thinking and skews judgement. Regular team coaching keeps leaders composed under pressure and protects the quality of decision-making.

Stress behaviours cascade down teams. When things are steady at the top, it builds a culture of self-care, trust and openness. Collaboration and morale improve. And employees become loyal advocates.
