Our flagship program is run over 6 months, providing you with 16 hours of workshops and masterclasses as well as full access to online videos and reflective exercises to support your learning.

Develop a constructive feedback loop between you and your teams to support strong relationships, supportive environments, and authentic workplace cultures.
Small cohort:
Maximum 10 people onboarded into a quarterly cohort. We open the books 6 weeks before the first session and those on our mailing list will be the first to hear.
Once the slots are filled, that’s it for another 3 months!
Learning:
A virtual 90 minute workshop per month, bringing you almost 10 hours of learning over the course of the program.
Mentoring:
A 60-minute 1-2-1 mentoring session* to tackle specific project or work related challenges. This can be scheduled at any time over the 6 months of the program.
*All bookings are on a first come, first served basis.
Challenge Clinic:
A virtual 60-minute challenge clinic per month, where you are able to bring your challenges to the cohort working group to ask for peer support and advice.
Support:
A library of online videos and reflective exercises that you can access at any time over the 6 months.
Community:
An open platform to enable you to chat with your cohort peers.
